"Customization felt limited"
I was trying to customize a ring and make it feel more personal, but the options were limited. I wanted more choices for stones, settings, and smaller details, but it just didn’t really let me build what I had in mind. I also felt like nobody actually read my message when I asked about it, which made the whole thing a little more frustrating. In the end, I just gave up and looked elsewhere.

"Packaging was banged up"
I was excited to get my order, but the box showed up completely crushed. You kind of expect the packaging to hold up a little better during shipping

"Shipping was just okay"
Ordered from Allurez and the shipping was alright, not super fast or anything, but it did eventually get here. Was checking the tracking often because I was hoping it would show up a bit sooner.
Nothing was damaged and the package looked good, so no complaints there. Just wish the delivery timing had been a little clearer from the start. Overall, average shipping experience.

I was able to find what I needed, and the shopping process was straightforward overall. That said, the pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters felt a little messy to use. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t feel very smooth. I ended up getting what I came for, but I left feeling like the site could be a lot more convenient.

"Confusing updates and slow support"
I ordered from allurez.com and the whole process was frustrating. The order updates didn’t really make it clear what was happening, and at one point I wasn’t even sure if the timeline had changed or if I had just missed something. I kept having to check on it myself instead of getting useful updates. When I reached out to support, replies took longer than I expected, which just made the confusion worse. It felt messy and stressful overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"not really worth the price for me"
the ring looked fine overall, but for the price i expected a better finish and nicer packaging. it just felt a bit overpriced compared to what i’ve seen in local shops. not a terrible purchase, just not great value for me.

"Stone Fell Out After a Week"

I had to wait weeks just to hear back about my warranty claim, which was really frustrating. After all that waiting, it still didn’t fully fix the issue I was having, so the whole process felt disappointing.

I mean, the ring looked really nice in the photos, so I was excited to get it. But in person... the finish just felt a little rough to me. One side of the setting looked slightly uneven too, which was disappointing. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but for the price, I expected it to feel better made. I’ve heard good things about Allurez, so yeah... this one kind of missed the mark for me.

"Resizing Should’ve Been Handled Better"
I sent my ring in to be resized, it was a frustrating experience. It took longer than I expected, and when it finally came back, it was still too tight. I get that mistakes happen, but someone should’ve checked the fit properly before sending it back to me. I just wish they’d take more accountability and make the process right without dragging it out.

I tried asking a few basic questions before placing an order, but for some reason the sales support was really slow to respond and came off kind of rude. It felt like they just wanted me to buy something and move on. Not a great experience, so I ended up shopping somewhere else.

I was browsing Allurez and the pricing threw me off a bit. It looked like one price at first, then after I started choosing options and clicking into the details, the total seemed to shift around more than I expected
Not saying anything shady was going on, but I do wish the costs were laid out more clearly from the start. It just made me pause and feel unsure about actually finishing the order

"Return process felt like too much hassle"
Returning my order ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. I had to keep emailing just to get straight answers, and after a while it felt like they were just dragging things out. I made sure to save all the emails and screenshots because I didn’t want to get stuck with no proof. The refund also took longer than I expected. Personally, I wouldn’t order from here again, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"The diamond just didn’t have much sparkle"
I really wanted to like this, but the diamond looked cloudy in regular lighting and didn’t sparkle the way I expected it to. The setting itself was fine, so I’ll give it that, but the stone quality was disappointing. For something like this, I was hoping for a lot more shine.

"Just didn’t really trust them"
I don’t know, something about the whole experience just didn’t feel right to me. Maybe it was the way they handled things, maybe just the vibe, but I couldn’t really relax or feel confident with them. I kept second-guessing everything, which is never a good sign. Personally, I wouldn’t trust them

"Refund took forever"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get my refund from allurez. I sent the item back and then had to keep checking in to find out what was happening. Their replies were slow, and it felt like no one wanted to give me a straight answer, or maybe they just didn’t know, but either way it was annoying. I did finally get my money back, but it took way longer than it should have. I wouldn’t order from them again.
